Thank you for shopping with Bangalore Pudi Company. We take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if you have received a wrong item. To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. You must provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements will be provided for items damaged in transit or if you have received a wrong item
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
